婴儿食谱:水果茸 Fruit Purees
1、把水果去皮,去核。
2、切小粒,蒸8-10分钟,直至蒸熟。然后加入2-3茶匙(10-15毫升)奶,宝宝稍长或已长出牙齿时,不用把水果蒸熟。
3、压成果茸,取出所需分量备用,余下部分,盖好,待稍冻,放回冰箱,可保存24小时。
Method:
1.Peel and take out the seeds.
2.Dice and steam 8-10min,until soft. Then add 2-3 teaspoon (10-15ml)milk. if baby grows older or has teeth,steam process is unnecessary.
3.Press into puree and spoon a little portion for feeding .Cover and transfer the remaining to the fridge when cool down .Use within 24 hours.
